What onboarding is
Onboarding is a one-time setup process for licensed retailers. You’ll share your business and licensing information, we’ll verify it, and we’ll set up your account, ordering details, and delivery contacts. Once you’re approved, you’re ready to place your first order.
Why we do it
Cannabis distribution is regulated at the state and local level, and every sale must be to a verified, licensed business. Onboarding lets us confirm your license is active, keep accurate records, and make sure each delivery is documented and compliant. It also gives us what we need to serve you well, from correct delivery information to clear points of contact, so orders go smoothly from the start.
What you’ll need
To begin, contact us to request the password for the Tetra House Onboarding Portal. Once you have access, you’ll complete the registration form there and our team will guide you through the rest.
